Regular monitoring is strongly recommended for all dose levels, especially at medium and higher doses. Fenbendazole is metabolized by the liver and excreted by the kidneys.
🔬 Check AST, ALT, GGT (liver) and creatinine, BUN (kidney) periodically.
Ivermectin: 0.5 – 2.5 mg/kg per dose
Fenbendazole: 30 – 50 mg/kg/day (weight‑based calculation)
Standard fixed protocols: 222 mg, 444 mg, 888–1000 mg
🔹 Weight < 200 lb → consider medium dose
🔸 Weight ≥ 200 lb → consider high dose (Stage 4)
